Some recently handled projects by the Architecture Department are namely as follows -

i. Architectural designs for proposed Primary Schools at various sites in Delhi.

ii. Architectural designs for Community halls at various sites in Delhi.

iii. Revitalization & land scaping of traffic rotaries.

v. Heritage restoration / conservation For Kashmere gate heritage building

vi. Redesign & redevelopment Ajmal Khan Park.

vii. Redevelopment scheme for Batra cinema commercial complex.

viii. Mahilla Haat at terrace of Asif Ali car parking at city zone.

ix. Redevelopment and beautification of Jhandewalan Area.

x. Development of sites of Fodder Market and convient shopping at Ghoga Diary complex at phase- I, Narela.

xi. Development of various Blocks in Hindu Rao Hospital.

xii. Zonal office building at Sadar Paharganj.

A Project Management group has been constituted for various proposals in vacant land / premises of MCD. In all these projects architecture Department has to prepare Conceptual plan.
